Some campground, somewhere with no website, or a crummy one has lost the OP as a customer. And all the people he may have referred to them. And it could have been the greatest place in the world for the op. He may have gone there for many years.
There is no "silver bullet" to keep a business up and running. I takes a lot of "lead ones"
A good website is just that, a lead bullet, as is a nice clean place, nice staff,
good campsites and on and on.
But without a decent website, how will people find you in the first place? and actually show up.
It's kind of subliminal for most of us but if the website is crummy, or none exists, you wonder why. If they can not afford a website, maybe the can not afford to keep the place nice
