I've seen CG reviews and compared them to the website, and both can be completely different.
If a CG/RV park is doing a decent business via word of mouth, why would they need a website? It may not give them that much ROI, and it is another item that needs maintained and kept up, as well as another place hackers can take over. A well established park might be better off using that money for grounds upkeep to keep the existing customer base happy.
It is understandable a new CG would need a website to get business going. Having online reservations also is a plus. But it might not be something all CGs have to have.
