Is it legal for a full timer to use someone else’s address with permission from the home owners t use as their address ?

An option would be to establish a PO Box convenient for a family member or trusted friend and call them occasionally and have them to pick up your mail and put it into a mail package and mail it to you.
The Post Office would need to have the trusted person's name on record and the person would need your Box code. My son does me the favor and I pay his expense.
