Is it legal for a full timer to use someone else’s address with permission from the home owners t use as their address ?

Yeah, but you still have to establish "residency" in some state/county, right?
Regardless of where you go or how long you stay in any particular place, you still have to be a resident someplace, just to be able to vote, right?
