Based on the information supplied I would tentatively agree that there will be no issues as long as a quality WD hitch and sway control are employed

That 4K lb trailer will weigh 5k ready to travel. You'll be fine. Enjoy!

FWIW, I towed a 6500lb loaded TT with a 97 Dodge conv van with the 5.9L and 3.90 gears.

they are making them lighter all the time. My 30' bunk house with a slide, came in with a yellow sticker weight of 4810lb.

Your truck is capable of handling that trailer, even if loaded to 6,000 lbs. There will be a sticker on your trucks receiver, telling the weight, with or without a WDH. The trailer loaded to 6,000 lbs, will have a tongue weight of about 780 lbs, using 13% of total weight, as an average. I'm sure you know to use a WDH.

Power should not be an issue, the 5.7 is a strong puller.
