It is the PURPOSE of insurance companies to make money and they do a very good job of it. Only a very few in a hundred or so customers ever get more back than they paid. How lucky are you feeling :)
IF you decide you really need an insurance policy on your RV then consider waiting until your factory warranty is finished. Absolutely NO reason to pay for two or three years of coverage on a vehicle that's already covered bumper to bumper.
