FMCA has Trip Interruption Service as part of their roadside assistance package $109/per year covers up to $1500 with some ifs when your rv breaks down so far from home, etc.
I know there are vacation insurance companies for cruises and flights not sure if they have RV specific ones.
FMCA is worth their due. Coachnet too.
