I go to this rv park every year in Parker AZ, I have had a corner lot with grass, tree etc..., they water the grass with a sprinkler and hose the water is super hard manganese etc....everyone knows it....wipe it off quickly! they got new employees and they cranked the sprinkler full blast so they water the grass and my trailer in 110-121 deg weather.I hadn't been there for 3 weeks, also the outside elec plug got so wet it tripped the gfi killing power to the fridge,ran out the propane, left rotting food and meat in my freezer and fridge in 110+ degree weather so the fridge stinks so bad even after cleaning and bleaching it it is unusable,if I open the freezer it stinks so bad you want to puke. I got water spots off the windows using a muratic acid based product but the aluminum siding is permanently etched with hard water spots in the paint. I have been in this same space many times over the last 10 years and never had this happen. Is this something I can file an insurance claim for? it has decreased the value of my trailer.

Ins. would cover the fridge but I would try white vinegar or BonAmi (NOT Comet) to remove the water spots. Either should disolve them.BTW, BonAmi does not scratch. Never has and never will.

Try some straight vinegar to remove the hard water spots.

And call your agent about the rest of it.

I've tried pretty much everything on the alum siding, I'm able to get the hard deposits off BUT the spots are actually lighter than the siding like its bleached into the paint, I even tried rubbing compound but its just shiny spots.

Call the agent and then see if you can change spots or ask if you can have the sprinkler head moved closer to your rv so it still waters but sprays AWAY from the RV. Worth while even if you pay for the move.Sprinkler pipe is cheap and easy. They are idiots to ever do that in the first place.
