I've personally had success with Fresh Cab Rodent Repellent by Earthkind. I leave a couple pouches in the camper year 'round.
I'm glad it has worked for you. We have not had the same success. But then our mice use dryer sheets to make nests too.

In my old travel trailer we used Irish Spring soap and dryers sheets to keep mice away. They nibbled on soap and used dryer sheets to wipe their mouths.
