It seems to me that asking this question to your insurance company would get you the answer. Asking this question here will not yield you an answer from anyone equipped to represent your insurance company.

For the Fridge, use charcoal briquettes, maybe 4 or 6 , and replace them once or twice a day for a week or so. Both fridge and freezer. 3 weeks without electricity is exactly what happened to us in Texas 6 years ago. Stll using it today.

Consider calling auto detail outfit for advice/quote before writing off the spots are permanent.

Put T S T Toilet Chemical in a small dish in the freezer and the refrigerator and in a week the smell will be gone. I think we had the refrigerator turned off but you can try it ether way.

If it was me I would plan on the park not paying for anything.

Two approaches to take.
Talk to the park and see if they will take actions to fix your problem and make you happy.
Or..
Call your agent. You pay for the insurance to make you whole. The insurance company can then take it up with the park if they see fit.
If the insurance company goes after the park for reimbursement, figure on looking for a new park as you will become persona non grata.

Include any food in your losses. Many insurance companies will cover that.

Most policies have coverage when an incident is "sudden & accidental". So the loss of power was sudden and accidental as such the fridge might be covered. Same rule applies for the water spots -- they didn't happen 'suddenly' or 'accidentally' so your coverage probably won't apply. Best of luck with making the CG own up to the damages of either - ideally they can't be held responsible for a high mineral content in the water.
Ask for a copy of your policy -- make sure you get the actual policy and not just the dec page-- and read the portion on Comprehensive coverage. It isn't in Latin and most are written pretty clearly. Pay attention to "excluded losses". Here's an interesting fact, dang few adjusters are familiar with the policy language. They all know the coverage for losses that occur every day but this one is rare. If you read the policy first and see the "sudden & accidental" verbiage and it isn't directly excluded in the excluded losses section you can win the argument by knowing more than the agent or the adjuster.
It doesn't cost you anything to open a claim. If coverage is provided, your Comp deductible applies. If coverage isn't provided you don't run the risk of having a claim and your rates go up.

Did you by chance show the park manager BEFORE you did anything ?

Like others have posted ask/get you insurance agent involved.
If your claim is excepted and you have a deductible maybe the park can cover that part ?

Maybe talk with the park manager and have this turn into learning lesson for all involved..

Most people that DO NOT own and take care of something have no clue ....

The only way you will know is to check with your insurance company.

However... you do know, that if you get some automatic dishwashing liquid, mix it kind of strong with water in a bucket, and sponge mop the side of your camper, it will remove hard water spots? It works great on glass shower stalls! I've used automatic dishwashing liquid on windows, all kinds of glass, after hard rains, or if in an area (camping) with hard water and white calcium water spots from on the sink or counter tops. Let it soak a couple minutes, and rinse it right off. (Try it?) It works great on dishes!
