The Owner is illogical. Same rate whether it is 45 ft Prevost, or a older class C. The Prevost will use more power for the ac and all electric stove more tvs etc, if it is available. They won't pull into a small site, with only 30 amps and water only, unless they use neither service. No one is cheating him. He just wants the big sites rented because he makes more money. Close the tent and small RV sites and that will solve his problem? turn the water off and make everyone buy tokens or use a roll of quarters to use his showers? I've run into this before as have most. In Ark the owner was trying to get other RV park to help him get officials, in the town south of him to stop Rvs and Semis from parking at Truck Stop, Wall Mart and other places because they were cheating him. Just say the Truck Stop was a big upgrade from his park. he had put screws in one leg of the fifty amp, in most sites. I guess he wanted to force Big RVs to use a premium site, but there were none. His wash your RV on site was one site, overgrown, muddly and 30 amp only also.
