Two or three answers
First, I checked on the 2nd link the rates for Tents, and both short and long RV's
Where I am parked just now. I pay $375/month, Full hookup 50 amp plus Wi-Fi They want twice that for a 3 night stay.. I won't call it "Gouging" but I will call it far too expensive.
On the other hand I know of KOAs that are not as nice as those water front spots that are over 80/night.. still that's less expensive than Ottawa.
So the price is high, however it is also "Advertised" which means if you don't want to pay it... Park elsewhere.
