Is this gouging or what?

I wonder how much the various cities all over North America had to pay when the occupy parasites decided to colonize many parks and green spaces. Bet it was plenty and little or no money was ever received. In todays society it is becoming more and more a user pay system, some agree and some don t, but in reality why should someone else have to pay for my campground,hobby or recreation activities. On the other hand why should the taxpayer have to subsidize organizations whose only goal is protest or disrupt something they don t agree with. They have a right to free assembly and protest, but not to send the bill to someone else AKA the taxpayer.
