I live in this city, the Nations Capital.
It's a city that relies heavily on tourism.
Every year the city spends $1000s to attract tourists.
This year they're renting plots measurering 25x25 ft that start at $225 up to $1000, no services except for portapotty, no picnic tables.
They have around 200 sites that will average out to $100,000 in total sales.
I doubt it will cost that much to clean up. As far a security, it's in the city, already patrolled by police.
It just irks me, nickel and dime attitude in a city of one million.
