Yep, my "2003" Prowler that I bought brand new in 2002 is still on all it's original appliances and has never had a 'major' issue..
Sure, it's had some things that I've had to deal with along the way, but nothing too bad..
I did have the grey tank fall out IN CAMP, but it didn't break anything and was just the cross bracket between the frame rails that had slipped back due to a broken screw..
Simply jacked up the tank, fit the bracket over the lip of the tank and put a new screw in it.
Other than that, a minor plumbing issue with the shower drain back when it was brand new.. Took it in for "warranty" repair. They fixed it, but it just broke again while IN CAMP the next time out. It was the P trap and it would flex too much and snap the elbow...
So, I go to a local hardware store and buy a rubber collar to fit between the drain and the P trap, so it takes the flex.. Still tight and dry to this day some 14 years later.
Lets see, it's on it's 3rd set of tires. I've replaced the brake backing plates once because it was a lot easier than replacing the magnets and shoes.
I've done a bunch of "mods" to the inside that work best for us and it's just been a great rig.
Still want to do some things to it, but why rush? :)
Good luck!
