And I would suggest that conclusion number two might need amending if the in tank flusher is used. The clear elbow can be accurate in that case. But not the other scenarios.

Although, I must say, that I really am not concerned about how clean my tank is. Not like i am going to eat off it. Just as long as it drains and doesn't stink inside the trailer. Pretty much all I care about.
