That's my main interest in these experiments. When we're out using the rig, honestly, I just dump & go. (Well, I do dump the black first, then the grey.) It's when I get home and she sits for a while that I want the tank to be a bit cleaner.
Question for those of you using a 3rd blade... I understand how that's supposed to work, but how do you keep water and other "material" from the black tank from backwashing into your grey tank? Do you install some kind of one way valve on the grey tank? Or do you only keep that open for a couple seconds? Just curious.
