Thanks for the replies. I think with the equalizer between the springs if I drive the good tire onto a block (raising it) the flat one will be pushed down by the equalizer. Lifting under the axle at the spring on the "flat" location will raise the flat and try to lower the good tire which can't go anywhere. Net result should be a flat tire off the ground. BTW, I don't know who "they" are but all they seem to do is confuse me :?. Thanks for helping me work it out.
