Jacking

Hi again. Have a flat on right rear, trailer weight in the 5500# range. I want to lift on the frame close to the axle but all the suspension parts are in the way, in line with the frame rail. All the search wisdom says "lift on the frame, never on the suspension components or axle." The first open spot on the frame is behind the rear hanger. Is that close enough to the axle? Am I over-thinking this again? Thanks again for your help.

Put the jack under the axle where the springs are attached. You will only need to jack up the axle about 1"-1'1/2" to get the tire off the ground.
It's no different than driving over a 1-1/2" bump in the road.

X2, X3, X4, X5 this is the best way to jack for flat replacement! I always carry a bottle jack with me.
