Jacksonville Sheriff's office seized property auction

Why is the "over ten years" old always brought up? I have a 2001 DP that still looks new and have never had an issue because of age. I guess if your school bus or RV looks rough it makes sense in a 5 star resort, but doubt they care about those places anyway!
