Nice! But it is now 10 years old. It is not allowed in some resorts!!!
There is nothing wrong with a 10 year old rig and if the price is right, its really a good deal, it might be cheap enough to get new tires, and have a qualified mechanic go through it and you'll have a new rig for a minimum price. You could have it detailed while your at it. LOl
The Resorts that don't allow rigs over 10 years just use that as a reason not to let trashy RVs in, and you might not want to use their parking lot sites anyway.
Another good deal is to buy repos. We bought a really fine 2005 5th wheel for under $5000 and it needed a new hot water heater, and some major cleaning. It looks brand new.
Says minimum bid $175k. Not sure how good a deal this is.
It's an auction, dealers will bid it up to wholesale value, some idiot who thinks it's a bargain merely because it's in an auction will bid it higher still.

I stopped going to auctions in general because too many people lose their logical thinking and drive prices way higher than the product is worth. They want it and they will bid up to whatever it takes to "beat the other guy".
