- BCSnobExplorerOne could argue mask posts fall under the “Political and religious posts, pictures, links, signatures etc. are not allowed in these forums and may be removed without notice or discussion.“
I’m okay if both masks posts are removed. - Boon_DockerExplorer IIIOK Changed my mind, don't ban them.:B :p

Hey maskdebaters - Cut it out. If you want to argue about masks, go join a Mask forum.
Ban the people from the forum that keep bring it up.
Problem solved.
You just brought it up. :B - Boon_DockerExplorer III

BTW, did anyone here wear a mask during the H1N1 pandemic of 2008. 60 million cases. Only 5 million Covid and we're in such a panic.
1. With influenza (including H1N1) you are infectious after you have symptoms (you feel sick). With Covid-19 you are infectious before you have symptoms or ever have symptoms. This is why masks for everyone (including those who don’t feel sick) to minimize the spread of this virus.
2. The number of infections from 12 months of H1N1 was projected to be 60million (“The methods CDC used to estimate the cumulative burden of influenza A H1N1pdm09 are based on methods that have been detailed elsewhere and are available at https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/estimates.htm.“) The 5 million Covid-19 infections are the number of positive tests, not project disease burden and the number of Covid-19 infections is for about 6 months (and still increasing). The number of H1N1 deaths over 12 months was “ 12,469 deaths (range: 8868-18,306)”.much lower than the number of deaths from 6 months of Covid-19. It's one thing to do something that dumb, but it's even worse to have a whole crowd there who never bothered to stop her.
Maybe next time they'll consult the Wildlife Petting Chart. - qtla9111NomadWhat happened to natural selection?

So what's the problem? Is she bringing the bison with her?
She was just expressing her rights. She has the right to congregate without a mask, the right to walk wherever she wants and the right to be stupid. Sad thing is that she will drive back to a community (perhaps) close to you and mingle with you and your family and friends.
Best response I've read in years! :B - kellemExplorerShe's smarter than you think.....she got the recognition she was seeking.
