Reading it, it says you need to tighten the chain more. That would make it look more flexed like an other poster mentioned. Mine has a nice curve to it and I am perfectly level.
Yes I was reading that on my instructions that came with the hitch. The problem is they say that if the trailer is not level raise or lower the hitch head assembly. The front of my trailer is a bit high but I can't lower the hitch head assembly anymore. I'm at the lowest setting. Tightening chain will not fix that
My truck is sitting at 38" in front and 38 1/2 " in back so I can increase by one chain link to fix that problem.
