We have the Blue Ox Swaypro. Ours is flipped the other way than yours. We started out the way you have it...but it kept bottoming out and scrapping the pavement, even on speed bumps.
See if you can flip it where the long piece is up. Also your breakaway cable looks like it is hanging pretty low.
Since we flipped ours, it works great, love the Blue Ox. No noise, easy to set up. Lube the zert fittings and your hitch ball.

According to the instructions the trailer ball hitch should be 1 to 2" above level trailer hitch. When I leveled the trailer and had it flipped up and set on lowest hole pattern it was way to high. Like 5 -6 inches or so. I had to flip down to get the 1 - 2 inches as per the instructions.
I also measured my truck front and rear height when not hooked up and the front was 37 1/2" ( 38" with sway pro hooked up) and rear was 39 1/8" ( 38 1/2" with sway pro hooked up)
