Of course it matters, a LOT ... you always want to set up any WD distribution system as the trailer would be typically loaded for a camping trip. That's why those who have WD system set up by the dealer tech on an empty trailer often find they have to adjust it later once they have finally settled on how they're going to typically load their rig. It's also why manufacturers such as Progress Mfg (Equal-i-zer) make it clear in their installation instructions that if the trailer load changes significantly it may well be necessary to take another look at the EQ set up and adjust as necessary.
Well, if I understand correctly it will just be re adjusting the bars once the trailer is loaded right?
For general loading that is correct, unless you add a TON of weight you shouldn't have to re-angle the head.
