It's not the hitch ball but rather the head itself that is adjustable on most WD systems. The Blue Ox Sway Pro originally had an adjustable head but fortunately the current version does not and has a fixed head angle ... fortunate because it's unnecessary as the Sway Pro spring bars are designed to flex considerably and secondly because it's one less thing for an installer to screw up. ;)
