Just read a thread on camping etiquette and dogs

Camped this weekend. Camper behind us had a dog that was tied to a tree and barked late into the night. Kids were running everywhere and I'm sure they didn't step in anything. We know a guy that walks his dog in others sites and when you say anything, he says it's OK the rain will wash it away. Dog owners always say it's OK to leave a nice little surprise behind. We always left our dog at the kennel when we traveled.

Maybe I'm old but it seems common sense is gone.
