Then the campground management should NOT have made the "dog area" so far away! I have been in RV parks where the dog area was so far away from our site that there was NO WAY the dog could hold it until we got to the area. THAT is one of MY pet peeves! The management KNEW we had dogs! They asked when the reservation was made! There were empty pull-through sites available close to the dog parks, WHY did they put us in one quite a ways away? No, our dogs didn't always make it to the designated area, and YES we always picked it up!
Boo Hoo - The doggie park is too far for my mutts. With everything going on in the world this is your big problem. If this happens often to you, then google map it to see where your site is compared to the dog park, or ask them and quit your whining.
