Be sure you are aware of all the charges up front... It will definitely be more than just a site rental fee - We checked into that once and there was a whole list of additional charges including a yearly hugh association fee if the RV is sitting on a designated space. You almost think you should own the lot but I'm not sure that is true. The best deal was like LAKEWOOD in Myrtle Beach does where your RV Unit is kept across the road in a hugh storage lot with all the other owner RV units. Then LAKEWOOD would tow the unit to the campground and set it up for you in one of their regular camping spots when you wanted to use it. We have camped at LAKEWOOD many times and there is alot of moving RV UNITS back and forth to the storage lots.
