We live on a ranch/farm in an area that is not densely populated. I guess it depends on what your choice is...we have so much beauty here we don't really wander for sight seeing but we do use the motorhome to visit family in Ohio.
There is no way to know if you'll be able to find someone to pet sit and look after your property...all you can do is try living there and see what happens. The same goes for whether you will actually use the RV thereafter.
