Snowman9000 you are so right but both have to be on the same page. I would love to move and down size to a 2000 sq foot rancher or something else but wife is dug in like a tick. I hate Maryland and all the taxes and one way politics this is a blood sucking state. I tried to talk the wife into buying one acre in Delaware and building a large garage for the RV with living quarters in it for us when we are not traveling . If we moved to Delaware I would make 15% more for doing nothing . Maryland is California of the east.
