Same here. The best thing about it is that most of the sites are now only an hour or so away for the camping. Keep in mind WHAT it is you do while RVing; fishing, hiking, hunting, etc. You aren't going to do that from your back door or within walking distance probably.
We built a log house in the woods and love it, however, we will always have an RV to go traveling and seeing the rest of the USA and for our local attractions.


As attractive as living in the woods is, remember that other critters got here first. Every day I step out the front door, I have to wonder what is out there that might consider themselves higher up the food chain than I am;
