Well, I read most of the replies and I only have this to offer (other than using your RV for a guest house, which I do also... and it's GREAT!) I live on a little over an acre in the mountains backing up to 75 acres of national forest, in a pine and cedar forest, overlooking a beautiful lake that I can walk to to fish. Quiet, serene and beautiful. My life's dream place to live! This type of local USED to be the reason I had an RV. However, living in Southern California (yes, we have mountains, snow and 4 seasons here!) I am able to camp/RV in the desert in the winter, the beach in the summer and, well, any other place that is different than were I live. Paid for RV, and more than worth it! The privacy of using it as a guest house is also priceless! If ya want MY advice, (which is worth all the price you paid for! ;) ) keep it! :)
