I have two RVs, one 34' Avion trailer and a C-11 Avion camper. I wouldn't sell either one because I don't want to stay in the same location all the time. Keep in mind, not everyone in rural areas are going to be nice. You have bad folks in rural areas, just like urban areas. You just don't have as many of them. LOL Crime exists everywhere, so you need to be careful wherever you go.
