It's sad to hear you had trouble with your Keystone product. We owned two Keystone produts both served us well with very little troubles.
I believe as popular as Keystone is with all their various products there's bound to be problems, law of averages. That being said, EVERY RV manufacture has "some" problems, including the high end ones. These are mechanical and ANYTHING mechanical can and will break down, this must be kept in mind.
I watch this forum all the time, people on here have troubles with every brand/model and all sorts of issues. From what i can decipher they're all god and they're all bad, all depends on if you got one of their good ones or not. People on here complain about all kinds of issues and they're NOT all Keystone products!
