We have a Keystone and I just picked mine up from Camping World for some warranty work. They had it for almost 2 weeks just to figure out why water was leaking under the glass shower enclosure. They added some caulk. They did not even test it with water before or after the repair. What a joke. I am not holding my breadth it will be fixed when I shower in it this weekend. Of course it sat there for 8 days before they looked at it. I HATE that Keystone makes you basically go to a Keystone dealer. I could have taken this to my local shop and had it back in a day or two. I will call Keystone next time and see if my local shop can fix any warranty repair that comes up from now on. I don't mind paying up front as long as Keystone will reimburse me 95-100% of the repair. They should reimburse 100% since my local shop is $35 less per hour for service work than CW.
