kia soul towing
anyone has towed a 2015 kia soul? Do you just put itin neutral and putkey on accessary? will battery run down with 6hours of towing?

- We have a hyudai elantra, so yes it is a manual trans and yes key on, all accessories off. Depends on what you have as options. When we towed ours 1st time battery was dead at 1st stop. Added a charge line and no issues since. The Hyundai company is the owner of kia so the 2 vehicles are basically the same.
By key on I mean in accessory position so the wheel is unlocked. I had the wiring kit installed that uses diodes to keep the lights operated by the coach. - When we looked at the '15 Souls, we were told that only the base model with a manual transmission can be towed.
Is that what you have? - What instructions does the Owners Manual have for "Recreational Towing"?
Does the steering lock? If not, there is probably no need to put the switch in the ACC position!
