We got the Thor letter; the Kidde on line process didn't accept input, called Kidde and did the wait thing. when I finally got a phone rep, the model #, S/N, and date code matched their recall data base. A 7 to 10 business day deliver was given also a reference # to call back on if needed. Hasn't been 10 days yet. Rep also mentioned some people were having trouble with on line process.
