One thing RVs do is depreciate quicker. My estimate is that mine has depreciated $25 per night of use in the past 10 years. Scary thought. We get about 150 nights use a season.
Hate to think what the per night depreciation cost is for those who roll over & get a new one every couple years & only do a few weeks use each year.
So your camper that probably didn't cost $37500 in 2007, or maybe close, has depreciated $37500 in the last 12 years and is now worth zero?
Maybe you should leave the pots and pans and tools in it so it's not worth negative money when you go to sell it...
