Has anyone replaced the standard kitchen faucet in there rv with a home kitchen faucet? any special fittings needed.?

No special fittings needed. The only problem can be lack of area to work in, but that is a problem with any faucet you put in. We did kitchen and bathroom with stuff bought at Home Depot
