I'm not really sure why this is a big issue. It's not like they were screwing you over or something. The only reason you had to change sites is because YOU informed them incorrectly as to your RV's amps.
While you may be 50 amps with only one AC and you know how to limit your usage accordingly when using an adapter, there are many out there who don't know or don't care about limiting their usage accordingly. The resulting blown circuits can be a problem for more than the idiot over-utilizing, and the park then has to deal with every unhappy client whose power was affected in 110 degree weather.
