Kudos to Brake Buddy

Kudos to BRAKE BUDDY, mine got to where it would not stay hooked on to the brake pedal. I called BB and talked to Gary O'Neal and he said I need a new shoe and one would be shipped no charge ..A week and a half later no part. I called Mr.O'Neal and he said it was shipped out USPS so we would give a little more time..A week later,no part, So I re-called him and he sent one FEDEX and I received it today and have already installed the new part and a new spring..certainly feels better.I believe it will solve the problem..Kudos to brake buddy for excellent customer service!!!
