Kudos to JustBlinds.com!
i purchased 2" Faux Wood Blinds for our fulltime fifthwheel 5 or 6 years ago to replace the forever breaking Day/Night shades that came with the unit. This year, while in Arizona, in an attempt to keep the unit cooler, I put up Reflectix foil on the south facing windows. But in an attempt to save effort I put the foil in a position that sandwiched the blinds between the window and the foil. This created an enormous amount of heat that warped the plastic blades of the blind. i resigned myself to replacing the whole blind and wrote an email to the company asking if they still had my records so I could order the same product. They not only had the records, they offered to send me a complete replacement blind at no charge! I even explained it was my fault. Eric explained it was covered under JustBlinds.com Lifetime Warranty. I just wanted to pass on a compliment to a company that goes beyond normal customer service. This is a company that should deserve a second look when purchasing window treatments.
