Find the UPS Store nearest to you on the US side of the border and give them a call.

Give the vendor their address, UPS loves the addresses, the store calls you when it arrives then re-ships it to you in Cannuckistan and just charges it to your c/c.

Easy peasy, lemon squeezey.

If all else fails, get them shipped to a place like Montana Shipping Outlet (MSO) in Sweetgrass, MT, then take a day trip to pick them up and bring them back yourself.

May not be worth it for blinds, but my buddies and I use that for bigger, heavier things like car engines and transmissions, where US retailers often have free shipping in the US, but it can cost an additional $500 or more to get it shipped to a Canadian address. MSO will hold items, so whenever the next guy goes to the border, he picks up all the stuff for everyone else. We chip in some money for his gas and food, and everyone wins.

Hard to believe anyone wouldn't ship to Canada. I do it a couple times a year.
I have to fill out a US customs form, takes 5 minutes, and about double flat rate shipping charge, and that's it ! The hardest part is taking it to the Post office !

I used to live in Surrey and was able to use a US shipping address in Blaine. West of Sumas but then Surrey is west of Chilliwack. It worked well but since I moved to Calgary it's a bit of a hike to run to Blaine.
However, you did give me an idea there. A gal I know has that Blaine address so maybe I could arrange something with her on that. But I never assume, I'd have to ask of course.

I liked the look of the ordering process with justblinds. I like their customization process and also the 8 mil thickness of the slats compare to the thinner 6 mil. I prefer heavier thickness for durability.

this is what we do,alot.saves a fortune in shipping even if they do ship to canada.and no wait for your stuff to clear customs.

We had Venetian blinds made to our spec at Home Depot. This was for the house, not either of the camping units. Custom width , custom length, choice of colours and choice of where the operators go.
I didn't think they were too pricey when compared to the buy this one and cut some off the end and then try to shorten it variety.

Quite often sellers will ship to other countries when you call them.
Figuring out international shipping and custom taxes on web site is often impossible, but can be worked out over the phone.
No salesman will turn down good sale.
