Kymco Scooter *** Update last page***

I have a Yamaha Zuma I use at my seasonal site. I was looking for a second scooter for friends and family. Anyone own a Kymco Scooter and how do you like it?

I know Kymco has built motors for BMW and 4 wheelers for Kawasaki.

  • The only thing I dislike is that it's still carbureted instead of fuel injection like the Zuma.

They did make it easy to drain the carburetor, has a access panel to a screw you turn and will drain the carb.

The cost of the Kymco is about $1k less then the Zuma.
  • A friend at work has one he uses to ride around our 400+ acre campus. It does very well. His first scooter was a Honda but he sold it to get the Kymco which handles the hills on campus better.
  • Don't have one
But among scooter fans, Kymco is considered a very good brand
