La Mesa RV San Diego

La Mesa RV San Diego is the WORST service dealership I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot of them. Mike Lenoir, Service Advisor, is the most pompous, arrogant, dishonest, incompetent human being I have ever met. I called his boss, Jim Martin - Service Manager, to discuss the issue and he never returned my call! La Mesa's Core Values of Fun, Attitude, Make their day, Integrity, Listen, and qualitY (FAMILY) are a joke. A call to me from Jim Kimbrell, founder and CEO is welcomed. Mike Woodward, 772.342.2818.

FIRST thing this morning I received a call from Mr. Javier Castro, Corporate and Customer Affairs Officer for LaMesa RV. He patiently listened to my concerns. He left me with the feeling that LaMesa RV is VERY interested in resolving all customer issues. I applaud Mr. Castro for his professionalism, his time, and LaMesa RV's corporate actions.

Some / most / all (?) of us could have achieved the same result without starting a rant/thread on an Internet forum..:S

  • Yes, and a thing to remember is Yuma is a seasonal lot. About November 1 thru the end of March. Then gone like last winters snow. Now they do have free lunches during the season!
  • I know where the OP is coming from. Seems like La Mesa different locations are as different as night and day. We've always had super service from Tucson, either on warranty or pay service. Parts and sales go out of their way to help. I had Phoenix flat out lie to me and when I called them on it, they would no longer even talk to me about warranty work. Yuma was generally unresponsive in sales and repair. Quartzsite sales good but I've had no dealings with their service.

Never know what you'll get, except for Tucson. They are one of only 3 places I'd take my Tiffin to in the US.
  • After this is resolved, you might post the outcome on www.rvservicereviews.com

  • I hope they correct whatever issue you are having. I had excellent service and correspondence with La Mesa RV in Phoenix. Had some warranty work done quickly. I had bought my new 5'er elsewhere but they treated me great. Would have bought my trailer there but they didn't have what I wanted.
