Were finding out problems with our 2011 Jayco... first spring opening found mice had got into the camper and ate holes in my canvas end! :M
What I had found was where all the utility feeds fed from under the trailer where not sealed properly, some of the unsealed holes were as large as 4"x 4".
Next I had a seam pop on the trailer roof... water got in and the front face of the trailer was starting to de-laminate. Ended having the whole front laminate face of the trailer replaced. The only good news it was covered on the 2yr warranty.
And now I now have to check all my caulking after every camping trip and I'm finding the caulking (especially around the bunkends where the most stress is) is breaking down where I have had to re-caulk almost after every trip.
