The assembler are required to wear blinders all day, except lunch and break. The assemble RV's "by feel" ... no visuals allowed.
More like ---> look where the $$ incentives are, betting the amount they build, as quickly as possible is rewarded.
vs. quality & defect free being measured or rewarded.
