The Dealers need to be pressured by consumers some way to do something about it. We as consumers need to find a way to pressure the Dealers to re think the delivery process of all of the******that is sent to them. Something similar to being extra anal and demanding about punch list/PDI items before we drive off the dealers lot or sign the contract. Kind of like make the Dealer jump thru hoops to fix all the BS items that were not completed properly from the MFR in hopes that they get tired or over stressed with all of the consumer demands on the lack of quality issue. Or some kind of tool (financial penalty) that we can integrate into the sales contract that holds them responsible for accepting a sub par RV from a MFR. All of a consumers power comes before the sales contract is signed. What can the RVIA do about this? Before a new home is built it must comply by all the local building codes before it can be occupied. Why aren't RV's like this? There is no way that the new 2014 toy Hauler that I just purchased would be given a "green sticker" or "final inspection certificate" if there was a pgm like this. Read the last paragraph here:
