If this is the BAL 5.1 stabilizer system the circuit board controlling the switches is probably shutting down power to your jacks. We had this system on our 36' Connect travel trailer and had the same thing happen to it. BAL did not have any plans to fix this when I talked to them but they did send me a new control board which did the same thing the original board did. I removed the board, made a switch panel with rocker switches for the hitch jack and light and re-wired the stabilizer jacks direct to switches I mounted near the jack. This took the electronic board out of the system and I have not had any problems with it since.
